The “Rachel” cut might be celebrating its 28th birthday this year (!!), but as beauty continually proves, everything old is eventually made new again. We’ll continue to see iterations of the beloved '90s haircut or the ‘satchel cut,’ which is a mix between that and a shag. This works really great for thin/fine hair, because it make you look like you have more layers in your hair without making it look too thin.
