Your appointments are very important to our team members at Wild Hare Salon, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice for haircut cancellations and 48-hour notice for all chemical service cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, haircut appointments cancelled or rescheduled without the 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, chemical service appointments cancelled or rescheduled without the 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No show appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Our policy reserves the right to require a major credit card/debit card for scheduling of all appointments. Client satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting or have received please do not hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 718-755-8243. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however we will happily make adjustments to the original service. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.

Our products are available for purchase, please let your stylist know & we will be happy to get them for you.
For health and safety reasons -during Covid-19- we will be suspending all product returns & exchanges.
